When should I place an order and upload materials?

Please place your order 1.5 to 2 months before the event date. For materials like photos, please upload them at least OO days in advance to ensure smooth production.

What if I don’t have studio photos?

If you don’t have studio photos, you can upload everyday photos instead.

Can I extend or shorten the video duration?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Can I add or reduce the number of photos or videos?

This is also not possible.

Can vertical photos be used?

Both vertical and horizontal photos can be used. However, vertical photos may be cropped or blurred depending on the aspect ratio.

I need this urgently. When should I place the order?

For urgent orders, you need to place the order, complete payment, and upload materials at least OO days before the event.

What is the required photo resolution?

Photos must be at least FHD (1920x1080) resolution to ensure clear image quality.

Can I upload materials using my phone?

Yes, you can upload using both your phone and PC by clicking the UPLOAD PHOTOS button, which provides the same interface for both.

I’m experiencing errors while uploading materials.

I received the final product but want some changes. What should I do?

Please send the details of the revisions and any related materials to youngjg7979@gmail.com. Use "Event Date, Customer Name" as the email subject for confirmation. The producer will review your request and proceed with the revisions accordingly.
