For our Standard Service, the production takes approximately 5 business days, while the Express Service is completed within 24 hours. To ensure a smooth process and timely delivery, we highly recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date. What if I don’t have studio photos?
No studio photos? No problem! You can simply upload your favorite everyday photos instead. We’ll work with what you have to create a beautiful and personalized video that tells your unique story. If you need guidance on selecting photos, feel free to reach out to us for tips.
Is it possible to create a video if my uploaded materials are low quality?
Yes, it is possible to create a video with low-quality materials. However, please keep in mind that the overall video quality may be slightly affected. For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution photos and videos whenever possible. Even if your materials are low quality, our team will put in every effort to create a stunning and memorable video for you.
Can I extend or shorten the video duration?
To maintain the high quality and seamless flow of our videos, we are unable to adjust the duration. Each video is carefully designed with a structured format to ensure it tells your story in the most captivating and impactful way. Altering the length could compromise the overall quality and balance of the production. If you have specific highlights you'd like to include, feel free to share them, and we'll ensure they fit perfectly within the set duration.
Can I add or reduce the number of photos or videos?
To maintain the best quality and seamless flow of our videos, we are unable to adjust the number of photos or videos included at this time. Each project is carefully planned with a set structure to ensure a professional and visually appealing result. Adjusting the quantity could disrupt the balance and storytelling of the video.

Kindly use "Event Date, Customer Name" as the email subject if emailing. Our producer will review your request and proceed with the revisions as necessary. Please note that additional fees may apply for significant changes.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
- Before Uploading Materials: Yes, cancellations and refunds are allowed before uploading materials, as no work will have started yet.
- After Uploading Materials: Once materials are uploaded, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible because the production process will have begun.
Can I request revisions after receiving the final product?
Yes, one free revision is allowed after the final product is delivered.
Additional revisions or significant changes will incur extra fees, depending on the scope of the changes.
