  • Standard: Approximately 5 business days from the receipt of materials.
  • Express: Approximately 24 hours from the receipt of materials for an additional $70 fee.
    Please note that if the submission of materials is delayed and we cannot secure a 24-hour window, a delay fee of $50 will apply.

Can I request revisions to the video?

Yes, you may request revisions once after receiving the draft. Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on the complexity of the changes.
